Contract Resolution Rules
Resolution of contract will only occur when the corresponding number of eaglets take their first initial flight. Eaglets must not only fly from the nest, but the nest tree itself and return to Jackie and Shadow's nest tree. All living eaglets will have a chance to fly out the nest before contracts are paid out.
Verification Source
Jackie and Shadow, Friends of Big Bear live stream is the only video source that will be accepted to verify Jackie and Shadow's eaglets first flight.
Fees & Support
A transaction fee of $0.50 per bet will be levied. Net profits from fees go directly to support habitat conservation in Big Bear, California.

Terms and Conditions
Regulatory Rules: Insider TradingIf participant or participants are found engaging in prediction market insider trading, it consists of Insider trading to use non-public information to make investment decisions. This rule also prohibits "tipping" of confidential corporate information to third parties who is an insider.
Imposed penalties: If found guilty of insider trading, forfeiture of all assets related to the crime and can also result in being banned from the Cash Ballots website.
